<p align="justify"><strong>Photographer :</strong> Koumaris Nikolaos - Sotirios <strong>Technical Info :</strong> Nikon D300, Nikon 18-200 VR <strong>Photographer Note</strong> : Mr Dimitris, is the owner of the last traditional bakery -which was built in 1885 -, in Ikaria island Greece. In the photo, he shows me the ownership papers. Local authorities want it demolished in order to build luxury villas for rent.He asked me to show pictures of the bakery to the ministry of culture in order his traditional bakery to be saved. I can't show it to the ministry of culture, but I can show it to the world! </p><p align="justify">Ikaria is an isolated and remote island, in which communists were exiled after the Greek civil war. During a period of 10 years more than 13.000 communists were exiled there. That's why today the island is called "Red Rock" or "little Cuba".</p>
